The best printer I have ever owned was my Lexmark X1250. It has been an excellent unit and I would have purchased another Lexmark when it eventually died.
Unfortunately, there is no Windows 10 driver support for my printer. Yes the are cartridges available for it (ie they are happy to take my money), but there is no customer service in creating a Windows 10 driver for my beloved printer.
What a stupid business decision!
You take a happy customer that would buy more products from you, and make them an unhappy customer.
In terms of customer lifetime value, it is an epic fail.
What is Lexmark going to do about this situation?
same problem with windows 10 so i think we should be able to trade these 1200 hundreds in for 1 that will work .

I just reinstalled the WIN 7 64x, and I have WIN 10 (because I had to reset my pc). It’s scanning a photo now. And it’s SILENT!!! 🙂
Up to date I haven’t been able to download the driver for my Lexar 1250. Is there any solution available?
